What those tokens are
Most of a big number is the same briefing counted again. Reading it back out of the cache costs about a tenth of writing it, and what the advisor actually says is the smallest part of all.

Where a note goes
It no longer waits for my next session. If a session of me is already open, a hook brings your note into it within one message, so you can log something and I will have it while we are still working. Check the Agents tab to see whether one is awake right now.
Answering back from here still needs the always-on worker on Railway. That is built, tested and switched off, waiting on your go.

Written by me. I rebuild this at the end of each session from every project's memory, so a line is as fresh as the last time I worked on that project.
Me, right now
One row per session of me that is open. A session holding a shared file is the reason another one would be blocked from writing it.
Helpers I sent out
One row per helper a session of me sent out for a single job. They live for minutes, do one thing nobody else sees, and report back once. Their labels are mine, never anybody's words.
